solFire also known as Lisa Shehan was born in South Miami Hospital on March 20,1978. Growing up she has always been a very motivated, artistic, and athletic individual. She has always worked hard to accomplish her goals. Still to this day whatever she puts her mind to she can and will accomplish. One of solFire's passion is to captivate her audience with an unforgettable perfomance. solFire has been studying the art of fire dancing for past five years now and is constantly learning, growing, and improving this talent. Her current fire talents include:
- palm torches - belly dancing fire sword
- fire fans &rainbow fans - fire fingers
- fire eating - poi
- poi snakes - double wick staff
- double batons - hula-hoop
She also specializes in non-fire performances which includes:
- an assortment of poi flags - dance ribbon
- glow atoms - glow poi
- LED hula-hoop dancing - black light performances
In addition to her above mentioned talents, solFire is currently learning contact juggling and ariel arts. She expects within in the next year or to provide these services as well. solFire has also taken classes in belly dancing, yoga, gymnastics, jazz, ballet, and figure skating. Each of these talents which she has acquired over her lifetime will or has been incorporated into her act. Her amazing ability and vision to mix these various styles into her performances gives solFire a unique flare.
